Reagan played Miss Temple, Jane’s kind and compassionate teacher, in GSA’s MFA Acting and MFA Musical Theatre collaborative production of Jane Eyre from October 31st through November 2nd. The production was directed by Eva Sampson and music directed by Debbi Clarke.
Reagan played the wicked Dionyza in the MA/MFA1 production of Shakespeare’s Pericles in May 2024. Directed by Daniel Adam Hill, the production integrated original music and innovative staging using ropes and a raked stage. It was also Reagan’s first time playing a villainous character.
Reagan began her MFA Acting course at the prestigious Guildford School of Acting in September. This two-year conservatory-style degree program includes comprehensive acting training in Chekhov, Meisner, Laban, Le Coq, voice, scene study, screen acting, and Shakespearean text.
Reagan performed at the 2023 Musical Writers Festival this past July. She was a featured performer at the New Works Cabaret and Open Mic Night and had the opportunity to sing original music from eleven new musicals. She also had the opportunity to sing in the chorus alongside Major Attaway and perform a selection from Joey Contreras’s original musical, In Pieces.
Reagan performed in the staged reading of The Grieving Project, a new musical about experiences with grief, chronic illness, disability, and mental health by Lisa Sniderman/Aoede and Angelo “Scrode” Bundini. She performed the role of Harmony and understudied the role of Charli. The reading was staged by Rebecca Lowrey at the Rosewood Center for the Arts in Dallas, Texas.
Reagan served as a teaching artist and assistant director of Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. at Starbright Music and Performing Arts this summer. She was excited to make her assistant director debut and gain arts education experience and work with children of all ages.
Reagan played Bea in Something Rotten! in April 2023 at Butterfield Stage Players. She looks forward to honing her tap skills and serving as dance captain for the production.
Reagan had the opportunity to play Lady Larken in Once Upon a Mattress in February 2023. She also served' as the production’s assistant choreographer and dance captain. It was such an amazing opportunity to perform a new show at a new theatre with a new director!
Reagan just completed her run as Alfred/Ophelia in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead at Butterfield Stage Players in Gainesville, Texas. It was such a full-circle opportunity to perform in her childhood theatre again.
Reagan was selected to perform an audition cut for Tara Rubin in Playbill’s Disabled Down Center November masterclass. She received positive, direct feedback from Tara herself and is excited to audition for more casting directors!
Reagan was chosen to participate in Queens Theatre’s Theatre for All Professional Actor Training Program this past October. She studied Shakespeare, scene analysis, musical theatre voice, and audition technique. This program is designed to provide quality, professional training to deaf and disabled actors.
Reagan signed with Boysen Talent Agency of Houston, Texas for theatrical and commercial representation in November 2021.
In fall of 2021, Reagan joined Broadway Dallas (formerly Dallas Summer Musicals) as an adjudicator for their High School Musical Theatre Awards. Broadway Dallas HSMTA is a regional affiliate of the National High School Musical Theatre Awards, also known as the Jimmy Awards.
Reagan had the opportunity to play Lisa and understudy Sophie in Sherman Community Players production of Mamma Mia! This was her first opportunity to understudy a role, and she had so much fun learning multiple tracks in a single show.
